Academic Qualification Required:

The candidate should be at least Grade 12/ Matric pass

Qualification and Experience:

The candidate should have minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in a reputable restaurant.
The candidate should be able to lead and motivate the team and the lower staff
The candidate should be able to work in shifts and during irregular hours
The candidate should have a passion for customer services
The candidate should have ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities of Supervisor:
Customer Satisfaction:

The Supervisor will be responsible to provide good experience to the guests whenever they arrive at the restaurant.
The Supervisor will be responsible to direct the staff to behave friendly with the guests.
The Supervisor will be required to be an example of leader as customer satisfaction
The Supervisor will ensure that stock is available and there is no any item out of the stock.
The Supervisor will be liable to address the complaints of the guests
The Supervisor will ensure that every staff member is present during their shift time.
The Supervisor will ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Delivery of quality products:

The Supervisor will ensure that monitoring of staff behavior while preparing and serving food is appropriate and according to the protocols.
The Supervisor will ensure the quality of food and will check the freshness of raw material and food throughout the shift.
The Supervisor will report to higher authorities if any irregularity is found.

Health and Safety:

The Supervisor will check that either uniform standard are followed or not. If not, then The Supervisor will ensure that the standards are followed strictly.
The Supervisor will ensure that working environment is up to standards and if any maintenance is required then it should be informed immediately.

Stock Control

The Supervisor will ensure that products are delivered on time.
The Supervisor will maintain the proper rotation of stock.
The Supervisor will be responsible of ensuring that the loss of prevention system of stock is in proper place, and will ensure that store rooms and freezers are working properly.
The Supervisor will be responsible of monitoring staff on checking of the proper recipe.

Shift Management

The Supervisor will ensure that every one of the staff is working accordingly
The Supervisor will lead from the front and will always be present at the restaurant area.
The Supervisor will be responsible of making shifts, arranging duties and resolving the disputes of the staff.
The Supervisor will ensure proper functioning of the restaurant in every aspect.
