Academic Qualification Required:
The candidate should hold Bachelors Degree (University Degree) from a reputable University in Business Management, Forensic, Criminology or other related field.
Other Qualification and Experience:
The candidate should be experienced. The minimum experience should be of 10+ years in management and company sales.
The candidate should possess Professional Industry Body Certifications.
The candidate should have experience of retailing.
The candidate should have essential background of Military Policing
Key Responsibilities of Loss Prevention Manager:
Responsibilities of Loss Prevention Manager includes Loss Prevention Management:
The Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for implementation of security policies, operations, services delivery and other security related issues.
Loss Prevention Manager will be required to setup a security system standard for the company. Similarly, the Loss Prevention Manager will be required to setup an intelligence based system through planning, collecting, processing and analyzing intelligence data.
The Loss Prevention Manager will be required to investigate 500+ security related incidents each year and will be required to maintain day to day security and intelligence reports.
Responsibilities of Loss Prevention Manager includes Budget Control:
The Loss Prevention Manager will be required to setup a budget by working with Budget department to minimize the possibility of losses to the company and to maximize the chances of profit and higher sales.
The Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible of sending the budget to the shareholders and taking them on board regarding the management of budget of company.
Responsibilities of Loss Prevention Manager includes Leadership Role:
The Loss Prevention Manager will be required to act as a Leader to create a loss prevention strategy so that the company may remain safe from possible losses and the sales may increase indefinitely and the organization might achieve its objectives without any possible losses.
The Loss Prevention Manager will be required to conduct on job trainings of the employees to maximize the output of the employees. By these training the output of the sales will grow and the company will ease down the chances of the losses.
The Loss Prevention Manager will be required help in selection and hiring of potential and hardworking workforce for the company.
Required Skills:
The candidate will be required to have experience of loss prevention and security management. The candidate must have experience of collaboration with law enforcement agencies and other law enforcement departments.
The candidate must have knowledge of loss prevention in retail and businesses. And the candidate must be aware of Risk Management knowledge and must be aware of threats to the organization.
The candidate must be aware about security related and technical knowledge of security systems, such as CCTV system, Alarm Systems, Access control etc.
The candidate will be required to travel as well and should speak local as well as English Language. The candidate should be able to work in diverse environment
The candidate should be capable of solving the problems and should be able to supervise the lower staff. The candidate should be well informed about the local laws and should be computer literate as well.
